Prevention of depression

Depression is a fairly common medical condition that has a negative impact on the way we feel, think and act. Depression makes us feel unhappy and we often lose interest in people and activities we used to enjoy. Mood swings can lead to serious emotional and physical problems so that we do not function properly at home and at work.

The good thing is that depression is treatable! Apart from medication, there are many other ways to get rid of it by changing your behavior, physical activity, lifestyle and thinking.

Our clinical psychologist Dr. Anita Milusheva says that games have a great benefit on people prone to depression or already suffering from it. As you play, your mind is busy, reducing stress, improving mental health and mood.
